Hello, I'm Liz: Your Fellow Pet Enthusiast and Dog Photographer
Hey there! I'm Liz, and I'm not just your go-to dog photographer – I'm a total animal lover, a rescue advocate, a storytelling photographer, and a passionate explorer. But let me share a bit more about who I am.
My connection with animals started early, riding horses at a young age and being part of a 4-H group that was heavily involved in the community all with my trusty dogs by my side. These experiences shaped my deep bond with animals and ignited my love for capturing their unique personalities.
Photography has been my lifelong passion since my younger years. It's not just about snapping pictures; it's a way of freezing moments in time and telling stories through my lens. As a professional dog photographer, I've blended my love for animals with my photography skills to create a mix of art and emotion that truly speaks to the heart.
One of the most fulfilling aspects of my life is my commitment to rescue work. I've been involved in fostering, volunteering, and hosting benefits. Seeing the resilience and joy that rescued animals bring to their new families is what keeps my heart in this work.
Now, let me take you beyond the lens and share a bit about my personal journey. My family and I embarked on an incredible adventure, living in an RV for two years and exploring every nook and cranny of the USA, from the mountains to the oceans. And, of course, my dogs were right there with us, enjoying every moment of our travels.
In every photography session, whether it's an intimate home setup or amidst the breathtaking beauty of the great outdoors, I pour my heart into capturing genuine moments. My goal is to go beyond the surface, capturing the unique personality of each subject and creating images that are more than just photographs – they're cherished memories.
Whether it's the playful antics of a pup or the soulful gaze of a senior dog, my lens aims to encapsulate the true essence of your furry companions. So, let's embark on this journey together, where every frame tells a unique story, and we celebrate the extraordinary in the ordinary through the art of dog photography.
I'm genuinely looking forward to getting to know you and your beloved pets.
Warm regards,
Liz Schmuck
